All our orders are processed 1-2 days after your order has been placed, and shipped out from our Toronto studio Monday-Friday with exceptions of Holidays.

Refund Policy
We like to have happy customers. At Twenty-two Percent , we commit to work our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us if you have any concerns or questions with your order, we would love to assist you!
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Return steps:
- Inform us by email at 22percentstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your name, order number and the item you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will provide you with the address to ship your item to. Please pack the item in it’s original packages.
- Return the item with a delivery service of your choice and at your own expense. We highly recommend adding a tracking number to any return packages as we will not be responsible for any return packages that are lost during transit.
- Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the stated instructions, your refund will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order. If you purchased with a free shipping option including our free shipping promotion, a flat fee of C$10 (C$15 for international orders) will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover the original shipping cost.
Exceptions:
- Sale items do not qualify for returns. This includes promotional coupon codes or discounts used at the time of purchase.
- Pierced earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
- Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
We are not able to offer direct exchange service at this moment. If you wish to exchange any item you purchased, please follow the return steps to return the item and order the item you wish to exchange to. Since we cannot guarantee inventory at the time of the exchange, it’s better that you place your order first, and then contact us at 22percentstudio@gmail.com so we can process a return for the item you wish to return.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at 22percentstudio@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
